Content Policy

The Last Channel is a public broadcast: whatever airs is seen by everyone. Every prompt is moderated before it can air, automatically first, and by a human when anything is unclear. If your prompt is rejected, your payment is refunded in full.

Never airs

  • Any sexual content involving minors (reported where required by law).
  • Nonconsensual or graphic sexual content.
  • Graphic abuse, gore, or glorified violence.
  • Instructions or promotion of serious wrongdoing (weapons, drugs, fraud, malware).
  • Harassment, threats, or content targeting private individuals.
  • Impersonation of real people, including celebrity deepfakes.
  • Defamatory claims presented as fact.
  • Personal information: addresses, phone numbers, IDs, or anything doxxing-adjacent.
  • Imitation of protected characters, franchises, or brands.
  • Attempts to manipulate the system itself (“prompt injection”).

Goes to human review

Prompts that reference real public figures, resemble protected characters, involve intense (but not graphic) themes, or trip our automated screens wait for a moderator. Payment stays confirmed during review; if we can't air it, we refund in full.

Editing

Moderators may make minimal safety edits to a prompt (for example, removing a real person's name) rather than rejecting it. The original text is always retained internally, and material rewrites are grounds for a refund on request.
