The Last Channel

Terms of Service

The Last Channel sells one thing: priority in a broadcast queue. A bid is a payment for placement. Higher cumulative bids air sooner, and equal bids air in order of earliest confirmed payment. A bid is not a wager, raffle, lottery, or chance at a prize, and it does not guarantee a specific air time.

The deal

  • Every approved, paid prompt either airs or is refunded in full.
  • Prompts rejected by moderation are refunded in full, automatically.
  • If generation fails after retries, you are refunded in full, automatically.
  • Boosts add to a prompt's cumulative bid; a boost that arrives after the scene already aired is refunded.
  • The channel may pause, reorder for safety, or go off air; queued payments are honored or refunded.

Your content

You must have the right to submit your prompt, and you grant us a license to generate and publicly broadcast the resulting scene, keep it in the public history, and use it to promote the channel. You keep ownership of your prompt text. Airing is subject to the Content Policy.

The broadcast

Scenes are AI-generated video and may be strange, imperfect, or not match your prompt exactly. That is the nature (and the fun) of the channel. Reasonable interpretation by the model is not grounds for a refund; failures and rejections are.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the submission in question.

This is a pre-launch MVP; terms will be finalized with counsel before real payments are enabled.
