Terms of Service

The Last Channel is an audience-directed film. Watching and commenting are free. Channel credits let viewers bid to direct the next scene. A credit is not a wager, raffle, lottery, investment, or chance at a prize.

The deal

• Purchased credits remain in your channel wallet until you place a bid.
• Bid credits are held while that direction leads and return automatically if another viewer outbids it.
• The first valid bid starts a two-minute countdown. When it ends, the highest safe bid directs the next scene.
• If a winning direction is rejected or generation fails, its credits return to the winner.
• The channel may pause an auction or reject content for safety.

Your content

You must have the right to submit your prompt, and you grant us a license to generate and publicly broadcast the resulting scene, keep it in the public history, and use it to promote the channel. You keep ownership of your prompt text. Airing is subject to the Content Policy.

The broadcast

Scenes are AI-generated video and may be strange, imperfect, or not match your prompt exactly. That is the nature (and the fun) of the channel. Reasonable interpretation by the model is not grounds for a refund; failures and rejections are.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the credit purchase in question.
