Refund Policy

Unused and outbid channel credits stay in your wallet. If a winning direction fails safety review or cannot be generated after retries, its credits are returned to that wallet automatically.

Automatic refunds (no action needed)

• Another viewer outbids your scene direction.
• The winning direction fails its final safety review.
• Scene generation fails after our retry attempts.
• The channel cancels a funded production before it airs.

Refunds on request

• A credit purchase was accidental or unauthorized. Contact us with the receipt email.
• Applicable consumer law requires a refund.

Not refundable

• Credits spent on a winning scene that successfully aired.
• Creative interpretation after a winning scene airs.

Card refunds return to the original payment method. Credit restoration returns value to the channel wallet and is visible immediately in the production room.
