Privacy

We collect the minimum needed to run a paid broadcast queue.

What we collect

  • Prompt and display name: public by design: they appear in the queue, on air, and in history.
  • Email: private; used only for receipts, status updates, and refund notices. Never displayed, never sold.
  • Payment details: handled by the payment processor (Stripe in production). Card numbers never touch our servers.
  • Ticket codes: secrets that let you look up your own submission without an account. Anyone with your code can see your submission status, so keep it private.

What we don't do

  • No advertising trackers, no analytics beyond basic operational logs.
  • No sale or sharing of personal data.
  • No account required, and no shadow profiles.

Retention & deletion

Aired scenes and their public prompt/display name stay in the broadcast history. Email addresses are kept only as long as needed for payments, refunds, and disputes. To request deletion of your personal data, use the reporting page with your ticket code.
