Privacy

We collect the minimum needed to run a collaborative audience production.

What we collect

• Creative direction, comments, and display name: public by design: they appear in the auction room, on-air credits, and history.
• Email: private; used only for receipts, status updates, and refund notices. Never displayed, never sold.
• Payment details: handled by the payment processor (Stripe in production). Card numbers never touch our servers.
• Wallet credential: a private browser cookie that opens your channel-credit balance. We store only its cryptographic hash.

What we don't do

• No advertising trackers, no analytics beyond basic operational logs.
• No sale or sharing of personal data.
• No account is required to watch. An account is required to hold credits, bid, rate a direction, or comment.

Retention & deletion

Aired scenes and their public prompt/display name stay in the broadcast history. Email addresses are kept only as long as needed for payments, refunds, and disputes. To request deletion of your personal data, use the reporting page with your ticket code.
